Our highly experienced and skilled design team generate sound concepts and use the latest in house 3D Solid Modelling design software Autodesk Inventor Series Professional to produce designs of exceptional quality.
We consistently evolve and improve the designs of our standard machine range based on customer feedback and experience of production operation thus ensuring that we are able to offer a very well developed range of machinery that will perform to extremely high standards in any food production environment.
With our Technology Partner ABB Robotics we are also able to provide high quality robotic packing solutions by conducting product test trials and developing the robotic cell movements and specification using advanced RobotStudio software.
Assembly
Thorough component design has significantly reduced the assembly and development time needed for non standard arrangements. Each project is managed throughout the production process with progress monitoring, quality checks and final testing before shipment.
The components are assembled at our Guildford factory by skilled and experienced mechanical and electrical engineers. Our lead engineers also have in depth knowledge of the latest servo motor driven systems with integral PLCs and are experienced in generating, implementing and testing programs for production efficiency.
High quality proprietary components that can be easily obtained are used throughout all our machinery.
